80  CFM Fire Rated Quiet Exhaust Fan FRAK80H

For rooms up to 100 square feet.  The Fire Rated Exhaust Fan Series is designed to automatically shut off and seal the duct from the rest of the dwelling once the temperature of the air passing through the damper exceeds that of the fusible link. These fans meet the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) Standard 90A and the Ceiling Radiation Damper is ULC Classified and rated for 3-4 hour fire resistance.  4" metal duct collar with back draft damper easily installs using the included adjustable hanging brackets.  Low profile and durable, all metal grill with a painted white finish almost disappears into the ceiling. Quiet operation

Can be used to comply with California Title 24 requirements.  Installs easily with hanger bars.
