Air King Model 9155 16" Reversible Window Fan
This 16" reversible window fan features a powder coated steel front grill with a ABS plastic blade and a 7 foot 3 conducted SPT power cord. The integrated plastic extender panels are easily adjusted for a perfect fit.
Fits windows 26.5" to 34.5" wide with a minimum opening of 22" high.

Answer: Yes, you can leave your screen on. Yes, you can use it on a window that opens from side to side. It will fit windows 26.5 inches to 34.5 inches wide with a minimum opening of 22 inches high. The depth is 8.25 inches so the window sill has to be at least this dimension.
