The redesigned grille on this bathroom fan has a 10W dimmable LED chip panel with <1W LED nightlight for energy efficient lighting. Another great feature is the single-hinged Flex-Z-Fast bracket that allows very easy installation.  The Zinc-aluminum-magnesium (ZAM) housing design and dual access junction box allows you to easily wire this fan in tight spaces.

Built in Pick-A-Flow selector combined with SmartFlow Technology allows you to use this fan in several different types of installations, helps meet code easily.   SmartFlow technology means that when the fan senses static pressure, its speed is automatically increased to ensure the CFM is not compromised.

This fan also allows you to purchase additional Plug N Play modules from Panasonic to allow the fan to be even more versatile.
