During the summer, an attic can be 40-50° hotter than the outside temperature, which in turn heats up the house very quickly. With an attic fan, you can cool the attic to the same temperature as it is outside, greatly reducing the house from heating as quickly.

This 3 speed energy efficient fan is easily controlled by an app on your tablet or smartphone. This fan has a very energy efficient Electronic Commutated Motor (ECM).

The Smart Control App you control the attic fan with allows you to see the temperature and humidity in your attic so you know when to run the fan.  This control also has an auto adjustment so you can set your fan to run only as much as you need.
