This ventilation fan has a DC Motor with SmartFlow technology which enables the fan to sense static pressure and automatically increase the speed if needed to make sure you are achieving optimal CFM.

This fan is very easy to install because it has the Flex-Z Fast installation bracket. The bracket has articulating joints and allows you to position the fan exactly where you need it, in new or old construction. 

This fan also has an LED light.  It has one 10W dimmable LED chip panel with a <1 W LED night light for warm, long-life and energy efficient illumination.

This is a quiet but powerful energy efficient ventilation fan.  This fan can improve the indoor air quality by removing moist, polluted air from your bathroom, laundry room, sunroom or basement.
