This bathroom fan is packed with features.  The Pick a Flow speed selector allows you select the airflow you need - 110, 130 or 150 CFM. This bath fan also has an ECM motor with Smart Flow technology. The SmartFlow technology allows the fan to sense the static pressure and automatically increases the speed to make sure you are getting optimal output

It installs very easily with the Panasonic Flex-Z-Fast bracket that allows you position the fan exactly where you want it in either new or old construction.  This fan can be used to comply with ASHRAE 62.2, LEED, ENERGY STAR IAP, EarthCraft,
CA Title 24 and WA state code.
