These are the lowest profile Energy Star rated ventilation fans available.  This is ideal for residential and manufactured homes.  It has a DC motor and Panasonic's SmartFlow optimum CFM technology.  You are able to pick the CFM using a switch to customize the airflow to 50, 80 or 100 CFM.

The SmartFlow ECM Motor Technology is a great feature, when the fan senses static pressure, its speed is automatically increased to make sure that the desired CFM is not compromised.

This bathroom fan is easy to install using the L-shaped bracket which is interchangeable to be positioned to either the left or right side stud to allow for optimal fan placement.  The motor on this fan is rated to run continuously.

The built in metal flange provides blocking for penetrations through drywall as an Air Barrier.  This fan can be used to comply with ASHRAE 62.2, LEED, EarthCraft, California Title-24 and WA Ventilation Code.
