This fan has Panasonic's SmartFlow technology for optimum CFM output.  The Smart Flow technology allows the fan to sense static pressure and automatically increases to make sure that the CFM you choose is not compromised.

With this new fan, It also has Panasonic's Pick a Flow technology - you also get to choose your CFM, 50, 80 or 100.  This fan is ideal for single and multi family residential construction and manufactured homes. 

It is UL approved for ceiling or wall mount - it actually fits in a 2 x 4 stud wall.  Wall installation reduces cost by eliminating the need to add a radiation damper when penetrating fire rated ceilings, which makes it ideal for Multi-Family applications.

This bathroom fan has been engineered to comply with Energy Star 4.0 requirement for increased efficiency, and can be used to comply with ASHRAE 62.2, LEED, IAP, California Title 24 and WA Ventilation Code.
