The Panasonic FV-30VQ3 is an energy star rated low noise bathroom exhaust fan, rated at 2.0 sones as certified by the Home Ventilating Institute (HVI).  It is extremely quiet and extremely energy efficient, at only 64 watts, the efficiency rating is no less than 4.5 cfm/watt.  It is UL listed for use over a tub/shower enclosure when used with a GFCI branch circuit and is backed by a 3 year warranty!
