It has the single hinged FlexZ Fast bracket that makes it very simple to install.

This fan features many upgrades, including a built in Pick-A-Flow selector that lets you choose your required airflow, 50, 80 or 110 CFM with the slip of a switch!

This is a great bathroom ventilation fan because the ECM motor with has SmartFlow Technology that makes sure you have the optimal CFM output.  This fan can be used to comply with ASHRAE 62.2, LEED, IAP and California Title 24
