This energy efficient shutter fan comes with a 10 foot cord so that you don't have to hire an electrician if you want it. It is also available without the cord The maintenance free motor is covered by a two year warranty. This shutter fan comes fully assembled out of the box, to make installation easier. This fan is made of metal, so it will last for years to come. The direct drive high efficiency motor has sealed ball bearings. This model provides 1440 cfm. This fan is capable of being installed on a variable speed controller. We also have a weather hood available to protect this shutter fan from the elements.
